Duqm refinery issues notice to proceed to EPC contractors

08 June, 2018 Following a ground-breaking ceremony at the Duqm refinery in Muscat, Oman, formal notices to proceed have been issued to the contractors for the three EPC packages worth a collective US$5.75bn (£4.29bn). The notices to proceed signify the start of construction work at the 230,000 barrels per day refinery project, which is scheduled to start-up within 42 months.
