Role Summary:
The Sales Manager – will demonstrate accountability for business development, growth objective and target of product portfolio in Korea market under BHGE Inspection Technologies product line. In this role, you will develop and capture market interest of Inspection Technologies multiple portfolio and grow market share in Korea.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Sales Manager, you will:
1) Be responsible for obtaining orders and sales by driving and implementing sales strategy in Korea.
2) Lead channels to identify opportunities to drive volume growth in all aspects of the business function.
3) Work with end users, channel partners to determine product/service solutions.
4) Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase orders volume and profitability.
5) Work closely with global product manager, region product specialist and region sales director to optimize Go-To-Market strategy and implement it to achieve the given target and increase market penetration.
6) Work with channel partners to organize/participate the needed seminar/market event to establish market leadership and expand market presence.
7) Actively lead in demand generation process by establishing a systematic business scouting program with the purpose of identifying existing and new market opportunities.
8) Maintain Deal Machine data integrity and accuracy.
9) Leverage cross-functional and cross business resources in order to maximize market penetration.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field sales, service or marketing position.
• Heavy industry, Oil and Gas industry, Aviation industry experience is preferable.
• In-country travel 30%-40% is required.

Desired Characteristics:
• Basic knowledge of BHGE Inspection Technologies product line .
• Able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with solution selling and work experience with service provider is preferred.
• Self Driven sales personnel, strategic thinking and strong organizational skill to drive outcome.
