Role Summary:In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
  • Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
  • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
  • Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and proceduresWriting of documents / procedures / drawings:
  • Equipment Functional Design Specification
  • Equipment Design Requirement List
  • Equipment Data Sheet
  • Electrical Single Line Diagram
  • Electrical Wiring diagram
  • Cabinet Layouts
  • Electrical calculations and analyses of power consumption and electrical communications
  • Ex equipment/ component
  • EMC Component and equipment assessment
  • Internal Factory Acceptance Test Procedure
  • Factor Acceptance Test Procedure
  • Participate in EFAT’s and SIT’s
  • Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory EHS requirements & expectations at all time
  • Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all time
  • Identify variation in Scope of Work
  • Identify and report improvement potentials
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge / experience (i.e. Automation / Electrical Engineering)
  • Experience with drawing electrical
  • Experience with electrical component selection
  • Experience with EPLAN or similar electric schematic design tool
  • Experience with Ex certification and associated calculations is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of electronics, sensor technology and mechanics
